The BTC 103 is the best value in Dust Management. This model is the perfect
choice for the small professional shop or the serious hobbyist who has a good
selection of professional tools. It utilizes a 103 cyclone, our unbeatable 3 HP
blower, your choice of either legs or wall mount brackets, dust bin and
connection kit. The standard system comes with 4 filter tubes (a small up-charge
is added if ordered with the filter cartridge). The choice of filtration is an
individual one with benefits for each, but either choice will allow for <1
micron filtration and a truly effective Dust Management system exceeding OSHA
and NFPA requirements. Blue Tornado will be pleased

One of the amazing aspects of this system is the incredibly quiet operation;
67 db at 10 feet on plywood. Most customers comment on the quietness of the
system but one put it well when he said, “ The refrigerator in the corner of
our shop makes more noise than this 103!” The impellor and blower housing are
cast aluminum. Casting the impellor is far more expensive than other options but
allows for shaping the individual blades which is a critical part of our design.
It also allows for better balancing and machining of the impellor. That means
more air flow, better static pressure and much quieter performance. The cyclone
is completely welded. No belly bands holding it together, no light weight tabs
or flat tops. Heavy gauge steel is CNC laser cut, precision welded and cleaned
before baking an enamel finish. From start to finish, no foolish compromises.

This system is available in 220 single phase or 3 phase. It can easily fit under a 9 foot ceiling as shown here, and requires only 26”x 46” of floor space with filter tubes, even less with optional cartridge.
The BTC 103 comes with cyclone, stand or wall mount brackets, motor, blower, motor pedestal, 30 gal drum, 4 filter tubes, clamps, plenum hardware, thimbles, connection kit. Cartridge is small up-charge, as is 55 gal drum.
